MSG LOCAL-E MEASUREMENT REPEATABILITY
Repeatability checks can be carried out using this component in two ways.
(1) Based on the practice of running individual sticks five times through the grading machine. Each repeatability run is stored as an individual set of data and repeatability statistics are determined based the last 10 sticks recorded as per BS EN519:1995 (1995). The Figure below shows the chart produced by the analysis based on five runs of a single stick. Also in the chart title is the accumulated result for the last 10 sticks in accordance with BS EN519:1995 (1995).

(2) Based on running a number of sticks (typically 10) in sequential order a number of times (usually five). The component stores the sequential data in the database and when the run is concluded the data is sorted to differentiate the individual sticks. After the sorting process is complete the individual sticks runs are loaded into the chart for inspection and adjustment, if this is required, before being stored in the repeatability database for further analysis if desired.
