MECHANICAL STRESS GRADER CHECKS & ADJUSTMENTS
This component is used to record the functional checks and adjustments made to the grading machine and associated equipment. Each machine has it's own set of checks.
The functional checks are displayed in such a way that the operator can check off the items as they are performed. The operator also enters information such as any adjustments made and the serial numbers of important equipment.
Manually performed static calibration checks on the grading machine are also recorded here.
Data can be analysed using the controls on this window to show calibration 'errors' over time so maintenance personnel can easily detect patterns in the 'errors' and attempt to minimise the size of the 'errors' and how they occur.
