MSG CALIBRATION STICK MANUFACTURING

This window is used for the manufacture and maintenance of calibration sticks. Calibration sticks are used during routine checks of grading machine accuracy before and during production runs.

Raw material is passed through the stress grader and individual sticks are selected based on selection criteria for blank calibration sticks. The sticks are then tested in the static local-E tester at various positions and the test results entered into the window. Dynamic local-E data is automatically stored.
