RUN DATA RECORD

The Run Tally component records important information related to individual runs. This includes the settings used and calculated tally data such as piece count, length count, mean local-E, mean minimum local-E, $ value for the individual grades.

It also records the amount of time that the grading machine is idle. The tally data is a valuable resource for management especially when the data is linked to other factors like log source, cutting patterns etc. The component is illustrated below.

An additional component that's built into the main software (separate from the reports) is used to display the grade yields for the current size over time. This provides a handy comparison of the current grade yields with historic yields. This is illustrated below.

Sub-Run grade/length Tally

In addition to overall grade yields as shown above a comprehensive grade tally is automatically generated on a stick grade/length basis. The grade tally can be restarted at any time during a Run and effectively divides the tally for a Run into a number of sub-run tallys. This is illustrated below.
