The Village
Warrina Mews village will be built to Warrina Homes' very high standards. This small village will consist of twenty high quality individualised homes, set in beautiful garden surroundings with a multi-purpose Community Centre. The Community Centre will be very special, being the original farm house of the district which we are carefully modifying to suit a range of functions for our residents, whilst still retaining its charm. Timeline
At present we are awaiting planning and development approval and we except this by early 2006. Construction is scheduled to commence in the first half of 2006 with completion of Stage One (ten houses) in December 2006 and the whole village by early 2007.
House Types
Seven basic designs including two 3 unit terrace models, each individualised by way of different front elevations, materials and colour schemes. There will be six two bedroom homes and fourteen three bedroom homes. All homes will have garaging under the main roof, with two having double garages. All homes will have reverse cycle airconditioning. At present the prospectus is being prepared and will be available shortley.
