Welcome to our home in Paris.

Wonderful location halfway up the hill towards Montmartre and Sacre Coeur, this bright and pleasant Parisian 35m2 (370sq.ft) apartment has been recently renovated by it's architect-owner with all new furnishings and fittings.
On the 5th floor in a traditional apartment building with lift and security entrance, the roof top balcony provides views over the Pigalle and the Montmartre area. Enjoy sunset views to the Eiffel Tower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge plus washing machine/dryer. The living/dining area seats 4 and gets the morning sun with big open windows on to the internal courtyard. The bathroom has WC, bath, shower and heated towel rail. The bedroom has a double bed with a sofa/double bed in the living area. Telephone/fax, TV/DVD and stereo/FM radio are provided.
Within 100 metres are located all the shops needed, including fruit and vegetables, butchery, bakery, liquor store, pharmacy, hairdresser and Monoprix.

The apartment is located on Rue Jean Baptiste Pigalle in the 9th arrondisement and midway up the Montmartre hill. It is close to Galeries Lafayette and the Opera area. Metro stations close by include Pigalle, St-Georges and Trinite. Bus service No.74 runs from the corner and connects to the Louvre.
TV has DVD combined. Double bed in bedroom and Sofa bed sleeps 2 in Living room. Fully equipped kitchen and microwave/oven can be used for roasting etc. The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering although there are dozens of restaurants close by. Hair dryer supplied.
The apartment is warm in winter and easily heated with the electric heaters supplied whilst the large opening windows boths sides provide through ventilation for summer cooling.
The Montmartre area is famous for its association with the many painters and artists who worked and dwelt there in the late 19th century including painter Toulouse Lautrec. It has excellent food shops close by with weekend street food markets just 5 minutes walk away at Rue Lepic (around where the movie Amelie was filmed) and Rue Des Martyrs. It is a 10 minute walk to the famed Sacre Coeur church, just the best place to see Parisian sunsets. Major department stores such as Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are close by with the major galleries easily accessible by Metro or bus.
