Welcome to Ted and Jan's Place
We live just outside Kuranda in Far North Queensland. Kuranda is a tourist town, known as the Village in the Rainforest and is well known for its markets, Sky Rail, Barron Falls and the Kuranda Scenic Railroad. Our hobbies are photography, painting and crafts and we enjoy travelling within Australia taking advantage of the areas in which we travel to put our hobbies to use.  We have approximately four acres of land, with gardens, lawn, fruit trees and native trees which attract many species of birds and other wildlife, including Scrub Turkeys, Wallabies, Curlews, Kookaburras, Sunbirds and Ulysses Butterflies.

We have also included a few photos taken in mid 2005 during our visit to Holland, England and Scotland.
