The History

As director for Tcross (tee cross) Electronic Security Pty Ltd, I am an ex Air Force Electronics Technician and qualified electronics engineer with a secondary appointment of Quality Management Team Leader, who was based in Townsville from 1992-1997. I then left the RAAF and moved to Brisbane to pursue electronics in the security industry. My past experience has now allowed me to be broad ranged in my product supply and knowledge, having worked on most security systems (small and large), from a simple residence, to electronic security for the Government and Defence, Correctional Institutions, City Councils, Major Shopping Centres, Hotels, Body Corporates, the Olympic Games and much more.

The Beginning

 

 

I then moved back to Townsville in January 2004 and formed my own company, allowing me to provide a locally owned security service with professional qualifications. Tcross Electronic Security Pty Ltd is accredited as a Defcom/ Protector Merchant allowing me to provide even better rates for defence and protector personnel. This discount is also honoured for pensioners and seniors.

 

My expertise lies in high-rise building and home automation, access control and camera systems however small businesses and residences are always most welcome as alarm systems account for 70% of our daily activities.

 

We are so committed to customer satisfaction that we spend thousands of dollars per annum in security and electronics training. Obviously, this reflects on our workmanship, which we believe to be so good that we back this up with unprecedented warranties on every installation. All products we support are installed with a minimum of “2 Years Parts and Labour Warranty”. Some products extend up to “5 Year Parts Warranty”. All of these products are non-proprietary so our customers are free to come and go as they choose and are not bound by contracts or product.

 

Yes, we can monitor new and existing security systems 24 hours a day, as we subscribe to a reputable control room in Brisbane. The rates are among the most competitive and are also subject to the relevant discount structure. Additionally, we do offer a patrol service however we are that committed to customer freedom that you can nominate any company of your choice (should patrols be required).

 

No, we do not promote contracts. We rely on old fashion, good service to attract and retain customers.
