Trevor  Bate was raised in Dover Gardens, on the southern side of Adelaide, South Australia. He has four brothers and a sister. His parents came from Lancashire, England in the late 1940's settling in Adelaide after a brief time in Iron Knob. There is some Scottish and Irish heritage on his mother's side and an unknown lineage on his father's.

Trevor swims, dives, treks, sleeps, practices yoga and goes to films, plays and musical concerts. He was in a band (Lookout Joe) with Chris, Adrian and Peter and enjoyed it while it lasted.

Trevor works for Saab Systems, and spent most of 2001-2005 working in Saab ITS on the Coronation Drive Tidal Flow Lane Control System for Brisbane City Council. (PDF file of TFLCS to be added...)

Jan Allen was raised in Largs Bay, near Port Adelaide, with her two sisters and one brother. Her parents came from Port Adelaide and her grandparents came from Port Adelaide. Her great-grandparents came from somewhere else, probably Ireland and England. As you can guess, they are all Port Adelaide supporters, both in the SANFL and in the AFL.

Jan walks, runs, treks, gardens, studies, reads and goes to films and musical concerts.

Jan works for Centacare.
