Experience & client work

I have worked in the fields of online training, online information and user interface design for more than 15 years and have focused on web-enabled solutions since joining XT3 in 2000.

As a Content Specialist and Senior Information Architect at XT3/Ion Global Australia and at Net Return, and more recently as an independent consultant, I have been privileged to work on many exciting website, online documentation and email marketing projects.

In every engagement, the agenda-based analysis and design techniques that I use have enabled a productive collaboration with cross-functional client teams. Our work together has energised and enriched the vision of the ongoing management of the online solution, be it website, intranet, online documentation or e-marketing.

Intranets & online documentation

My collaboration with Heather Schoenheimer has given me the opportunity to work on a number of exciting and innovative intranet projects that use intranet microsites as a path to selected tools and tailored information rather than as 'yet another repository of reading.'

Heather is the CEO of HS Consulting, and a specialist consultant in HR, Learning Development, Organisation Capability and Leadership Curricula.

Emails and communications

In collaboration with Renée Todres and her company, Tipping Point, I have been able to prove the value of context and agenda analysis for testing and enhancing the layout and content design of the artefacts of e-marketing: emails and e-newsletters.
