	Not to be out done by her dam, "Kirsty" started off her show career with Baby in Show All Breeds and won the Baby Puppy Bitch class at the 2nd National Specialty. Then she hit the ugly duckling stage with a vengeance and almost didn't grow out of it! Started in obedience while her show career was on hold, she proved her worth winning the Metropolitan All Breeds Obedience award for Novice bitch of the Year, then followed it up the next year with the Open Bitch of the Year award, the first and only Samoyed to gain these awards. Between 3 and 4 years she blossomed and was almost unbeatable at breed level, and did the unthinkable for a bitch, 5 consecutive Best In-Group awards at Championship Shows- the equivalent of gaining a Championship title undefeated at Group level. Kirsty is an All Breeds and Specialty Best in Show winner at Open level. She has over 80 Group & In Show awards and is still being shown occasionally in the Veteran class. Her most memorable wins are; Best in Show - Waterloo Bay KC Open 1995 Best in Show - Pine Rivers KC Open 1996 Reserve Best in Show Allora Show Society 1996 Reserve Best in Show Warwick Show Society 1996 Best in Show - Samoyed Club of Qld Open Show 1995 and Best Bitch 1999 Exhibited at 78 Championship shows for 34 Challenges (359 points) and 24 Best of Breed. Dam of 3 litters for 20 living puppies, she produced; Aust.Ch.Sunmist Xclusive Design and Aust.Ch.Sunmist Xceptional Style.
