Things change, this site and it's peoples have some heavy thinking to do. In
the meantime check out PKAUS and it's forums to keep up to date with parkour
happenings in Adelaide, SA and Australia in general.

NEWS: 14/08/2006

This Sunday (20/8), Festival centre coloured blocks, 1:30PM. Be there if you can.
Anyone, and everyone invited. Bring along any recording technology you want, we're trying
to get some video footage of the Adelaide scene onto the internet, and we don't have the 'moving picture'
technology to make it happen. Also, I've received a lot of junk mail recently, and I may have
accidently deleted some genuine parkour emails. Sorry if that was you, please feel
free to resend it to us, just put APK in the subject section so I know not
to delete it straight away, thanks.
                                                      Pete.

NEWS: 20/07/2006

ABC 7:30pm tomorrow (Friday) night, Stateline SA will broadcast a segment about parkour
and it will feature some footage of myself, Shady Felonius Maximus and Chris Walk. There's us
parkouring around the Adelaide festival centre, and some interview material (that is going to
be so embarassing). Hopefully it all turns out well, as I don't think that I quite got the idea
of parkour across in the interview section, oh well. Stateline SA gets repeated on ABC 2
(digital) on Saturday at 4:30pm for anyone interstate who wants to watch it.
                                                                                                                    Pete.

NEWS: 15/07/2006

7:30 pm next Friday (21st), Stateline (SA).
                                                                     Pete.

NEWS: 23/06/2006

If people arrive at the blocks around noon, that'll give us an hour's warm-up/practice, as the
camera crew arrives at 1pm. All welcome, even if you just want to watch.
                                                                                                                  Pete.

NEWS: 20/06/2006

The plan is going ahead. Noon this Saturday at the Festival centre. Final confirmation
on this will be posted on Friday morning.
                                                                  Pete.

NEWS: 07/06/2006

The plan is to have a Stateline camera crew film us, and anybody else who wants to come along, parkouring
in and around the city. This is scheduled for a few weeks from now, and might be on the weekend (for anyone who
works during the week). If you are interested in being a part of this, please contact me via email, or on the PKAUS,
South Australia forum. A direct link to the PKAUS SA forum can be found here, and on the links page.

NEWS: 22/05/2006

I've put a basic links page up. If anyone has a site, or knows of a site, they think I should add to the links
page, please tell me. So far it's just the Parkour Australia, and Urbanfreeflow sites. Links to many other Parkour
sites can be found through these sites. Also, this Saturday at the Adelaide Festival centre, there will be a run.
Felonius Maximus, is setting it up (check out the details here). Also, it's possible that ABC will be doing
a short piece on the Parkour scene in South Australia. More details soon!

NEWS: 03/05/2006

Some Adelaide people are having a run this Sunday (link). We can't make it, but it's good to see other
people are out and about parkouring in Adelaide. Also the info page, IS FINALLY UPDATING! Please check
it out. It's a little rough at the moment, and I will be changing it every now and then. Any comments, good or
bad, much appreciated. Also, somebody mentioned that the colour scheme for this site sucks, what
do you think? Email link at bottom of page.

Experiencing some major technical difficulties, update Saturday (hopefully).

NEWS: 23/04/2006

Okay, new plan. Getting everyone to meet is tricky, so I'm going to start up a new page for South Australia parkour (SAPK maybe?).
Anyone out there in SA, who wants to get their pics/vids onto the web, can submit to it. (Unless there's someone else out there who wants
to create/host a SAPK site themselves?) Feedback on a SAPK site appreciated, as no interest means no site. Also the info page will be
updated on Tuesday, with lots of hints, tips, locations and other assorted helpful information. Okay, gotta go.
                                                                                                                                                                    Pete.

NEWS: 20/04/2006

Anyone interested in Civic park meet on Monday, around 2pm? Reply through our email if interested, no replies
equals no meet. Post confirmation of meet on Sunday.

NEWS: 13/04/2006

If anyone in South Australia is interested in parkouring, please check out the forums
at http://www.pkaus.com . We encourage people to set up their own 'jams' and websites as
we have trouble setting gatherings, and we don't everyone to have to wait for us to get our
act together. Any Adelaide PK site updates will be noted on the PKAUS forums, under the
South Australian section. Hope to see some other SA stuff soon.
                                                                                                    Pete.

NEWS: 06/04/2006

If anyone's interested we'll be at Civic Park (Opposite TTG plaza on Noertheast Rd) on Sunday, around 1.30 in the afternoon.
Currently finishing off new info, and links pages. Adelaide PK updating next Monday.
                                                                                                                                    Pete.

NEWS: 21/03/2006

The life of Pete is busy and complicated, however a Parkour run is set for 3pm this Saturday 25th (possible rain on Sunday).
It will be at the Adelaide festival centre, just off King William street, there's a bunch of coloured blocks in an open area, that's
where we'll be. As always, all welcome, bring cameras if you want to, and water if you plan to PK. For those who
want to contact me directly,  my phone number is 0402 624 629, or email aescomp@bigpond.net.au.

NEWS: 16/03/2006

The airing of the Yamakasi documentary on Tuesday has hooked some more people onto Parkour. This weekend is
busy, but the weekend after (25th/26th) there will be a run happening at the Adelaide festival centre at 3pm. Email us if
you can make it, and which day (Saturday or Sunday) you can make it. I'll be throwing more information about the Adelaide
scene onto the site in the next few days, stay tuned.
                                                                                 Pete.

NEWS: 18/02/2006

Managed to get some PKing done last weekend at TTG Plaza, it was good to get 'out and about' again.
New pic in 'The pics 2' page. Not this weekend, but the weekend after (25th or 26th) a city run is a possibility,
anyone wanting to come along should email us to confirm their appearance. Modified the site slightly,
more changes to come. A links page in progress, for now check out Urbanfreeflow links page.
                                                                               Pete.

NEWS: 31/01/2006

I've put a basic info page on the menu above. As time goes by I'll be adding more information (suggestions welcome).
Also, had more people ask me about the Adelaide scene in the past few weeks than in all of 2005. Hopefully this
surge in interest will lead to more parkouring, and more pics (and maybe, finally, a video!). Also changed the
site layout a bit, what do ya think?
                                                         Pete.

NEWS: 23/01/2006

Glenelg didn't go as planned. I was the only Adelaide PKer who could make it and a huge fire from Kangeroo Island sent smoke
all over the place, all in all bad conditions. Managed to do a bit of exploring, and found some new areas for next time though. Also, people
have commented on the lack of information about us, and the Adelaide scene in general. I have been meaning to add a proper info page to this
site, but time is rarely on my side for sorting out these sorts of things. So to get things moving again for 2006, I'm going to do an
overhaul of this site over the next week, and should have it updated by next Tuesday.
                                                                                                                                  Pete.

NEWS: 17/01/2006

Nobody has replied to the Glenelg run posted below, and someone we were going to meet can't make it. So we're postponing
it until the weekend. Exact time/day will be posted later tonight.

Meet at 5pm on Sunday 22/01.

                                                                                                     Pete.

NEWS: 14/01/2006

Glenelg jetty, 4pm, Wednesday 18th January. Be there if you can.

NEWS: 02/01/2006

Happy new year. Phew, that means we've been doing this for a year now (our first 'run' was on news years eve
2004). Apologies for the lack of updates, but this time of years is always nuts. We're going down to the ol' Festival centre
this thursday at about 2pm, anyone and everyone welcome. Determined to get some pictures for the website this time.
