Authorisations: CASA (Certificate
of Approval C150049) and SAAA.
Our hourly rate: AUD$70.00 plus GST.

| 2 — WHERE EXACTLY IS P.M.
AVIATION? |

Our location: We're in Hangars 1 and 2 at Moruya
Airport on the New South Wales south coast. The airport is on
the northern corner of the Moruya River estuary, 21km south of
Batemans Bay. We're about 8km by road from Moruya township.

| 3 — GETTING THERE |
|
|
|
Fly yourself: The GPS coordinates for Moruya Airport
are S35 53.9 E150 08.7 and the local navaid is an NDB.
Operational briefings and documentation are available from Airservices
Australia — the ICAO aerodrome code for Moruya Airport
is YMRY. Floatplanes can land in the Moruya River when
conditions are appropriate.
Airline flights: There are direct flights to/from
Sydney and Merimbula/Melbourne — call Regional Express on
131 713 or book
online.
Taxi: Call Moruya Taxis on 02 4474 3455.
Bus: Catch a Narooma-bound coach
from Canberra or Batemans Bay. Ask the driver to drop you at
"the Moruya Airport turnoff". After the coach drops
you near the airport turnoff:
· Walk along the airport access road (10 minutes)
· Turn left where signposted to the Aero Club
· Keep going past the Aero Club about 100m — we're just a
bit further up the road on your right.
Drive yourself suggested route: On the Princes Highway
just north of Moruya township, turn east into North Head Drive
and follow the road along the northern bank of the Moruya
River. After about 7km (10 minutes):
· Turn right into the airport access road
· Turn left where signposted to the Aero Club
· Keep going past the Aero Club about 100m — we're just a
bit further up the road on your right.
