Why isn't the cam working?

Well, let me see.  

1. It's either night time, or the weekend.  Remember I am in Australia, so if it's Friday where you are, it's probably Saturday here.  Sometimes I do put the cam on over the weekend, but rarely.  
2. Perhaps it's early evening, and I am with my family, downstairs.
3. Perhaps my computer or cam is playing up?  It happens, *shakes fist*.
4. I could be in the bathroom showering, or doing my housework *choke, gag*
5. I could be watering my garden trying to keep my plants alive in the hot Aussie summer.
6. I could be on the phone in my lounge room.
7. I could be watching my cooking show, Fresh.
8. I could be shopping for groceries, or sexy black lace undies!  The latter is most unlikely :(
9. I could be doing my school run, early in the morning around 7.45 - 8.15am or 2.30 - 3.15pm. Check the time on my site, to see what time it is for me.
10. I could have the shits with life and the internet in general, and simply be reading my beloved newspaper.
11. I could be living my life.  Forgive me. :)

..AND ONE MORE THING.  If I know I won't be able to turn the cam on for a while, eg. I am in the garden, then I turn it off!  I suppose I could just let the cam refresh anyway, endlessly, but I see that as being deceitful to you, the Watcher.  

I know if I clicked on to my site, I would expect to see ME any minute if the cam was live.  At least if the cam is obviously not on (and you can tell by the last cam image, and my clock on site) you can get on with your life, or surf the site, without any other expectations.  I see it as being honest.
