The Big Trip
One fine day two "fifty year old teenagers" decided to have some fun. How about a mountain bike trip to Cape York ? After a long deliberations we decided, to drive to Cooktown and then cycle from there. We estimated in may take three to four weeks. We purchased the maps. I had posted a message on Internet and received very helpful reply and then we sat and discussed and discussed. Just close before departure, we found, that we do not have the time available and have to squeeze it all into two weeks. So, my Dentist (John) and his Optician (me) set off for a "little" adventure.
