This was inspired by a few things: Paolo Uccello's 'Rout of San Romano', A small pic in a white dwarf magazine and David Eddings's never ending descriptions of heavy cavalry charges. It was fun to draw, my lectures HATED it, and it got very dirty and smudged so I left it like this. I might colour it one day though. There are mistakes in how some of the lances are couched and things like that but I like the energy and I can hear the horse's' hooves thunder!
