This is Pinky's Scout vehicle. S.S.V.5. just stands for 'Special Scout Vehicle number 5'. It's a nicely compact walking tank, armed with two Vickers 50 Cal Machine Guns, and two rocket pods with 5 rockets in each. It even doubles as a submarine!
