Shiri APPLEBY

   Shiri, though a veteran of TV and Movies (starting at age four in a Raisin Bran commercial), almost didn't get the coveted role of Liz Parker in Roswell. She had auditioned for all three female roles in Roswell, but they finally picked her after the 7th callback (Whew). Now she has the tough job of cuddling up to Jason Behr every week on our screens.

• Has deferred studying at college (USC) to do Roswell majoring in either English or Psychology
• Was an editor of her high school's yearbook as well as being a cheerleader
• Has had a fear of animals ever since a neighbour's puppy bit her above the left eye   (which may explain the scar..)
• Voted "Most Spirited" in her yearbook
• Shiri is Jewish and her family is fairly religious. Her mother was Israeli and her father was raised in California
