One of finer establishments in Roswell, it uses the alien theme to advantage for the tourists. The proprietors are Jeff and Nancy Parker who run the cafe with the help of their teenage daughter Liz ( assistant manager ).

Liz's school friends, Maria DeLuca and Michael Guerin can also be found here after school hours, as both waitress and short-order cook respectively. Popular with both locals and tourists, try the unique alien theme fare whilst taking a breather from the many things to do in the town.

Just across the road from the UFO Centre try the Crashdown for a unique dining experience.
