Seagrape Cottage sits on a corner allotment in Ocean Grove, 10 minutes walk from the shops, and 15 minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes walk to Ocean Grove Park, 5 minutes drive to Barwon Heads, 15 minutes drive to Queenscliff.
20 minutes drive to Geelong or Portarlington, 1 hour to Lorne and 20 minutes to Tourquay. A great place to base yourself and explore the Bellarine Peninsula.
Seagrape has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen size double, 1 double, and 3 rd bedroom with set of bunks and trundle. There is also a couch bed. The house is well fitted out with a fully equipped kitchen, central heating and reverse cycle air conditioning, tv, dvd, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, barbeque and outdoor area, 1 bathroom and one toilet. As Seagrape is only a couple of years old, all furniture and fittings are new, and the standard of accommodation is excellent.
