Online ordering is easy. Simply click on the "Buy Now" buttons next to the item you want to purchase. The item will be placed in your Shopping Cart. Once you have finished selecting your order, return to the Shopping Cart using the "View Cart" or the "Finish Shopping" button and follow the "Go To Payments" Link. An email will automatically be sent to you to confirm receipt of your order.

Due to the complex way that postage or shipping is calculated, there is no automatic way for this to happen. Credit Card orders and COD orders within Australia can be processed immediately without confirmation on the shipping cost. If you wish to have the shipping quoted before the order is processed, tick the check box under your delivery details requesting this option. For all other payment options, or if you request a shipping quote, I will send you an email to confirm the price including the cost of shipping. This email will include Bank details for direct deposits, or postage details for cheque or money order payments.

Payment can be made using American Express, Diners that will be charged a extra 3%, Mastercard, Visa Card, Cheque, Money Order, Direct Bank Deposit or COD within Australia.

AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS

All orders within Australia will sent either by Australia Post, Fastway Courier, depending on what is more economical for you. COD within Australia is handled by Australia Post and will cost normal postage costs plus $9.50 for COD costs. There are weight and size restriction on items sent through the post. Overseas residents must be aware that all of our electrical equipment operates on 240Volt 50Hz, and our videos are in PAL format. Freight costs from Australia to other countries of the world are expensive, often more than the goods themselves. If you are unsure of anything, don't hesitate to fill in the Contact Form
