Notes: (1) Bando is near Mullaley which is near Gunnedah, NSW, Australia. (2) It appears that Margaret Gannon had remarried after an earlier marriage to a Mr. King.

The following information was kindly provided by Patricia Brooks:

"My great grandmother Anna Maria King married William Blade at Bando, Liverpool Plains in 1862. He was the step son of the Bishop of Sydney (Bishop Tyrell), and he died only two weeks after their marriage when he was kicked by his horse. I have this information written down by my great grandmother. Anna Maria King's parents were Philip King and Margaret Becket, married in Wellington, New Zealand in 1842. Her mother was English, and the sister of the wife of the Captain of the ship she crossed on. Her father was Australian, descended from Philip Gidley King, the third governor of New South Wales."
