You have read the glossy advertisements, and it all looks so easy. Vast amounts of money quickly and easily. Everywhere you look, organisations and individuals are offering "sure bet" predictions and systems. Think again !! While there are people out there who have made big money, there are far more people who have lost.
Many "newbies" enter this unforgiving market, and lose most of their trading capital very quickly. Feeling very disillusioned, most never return, and will always have a negative sentiment towards Forex trading.
Yes we were also a "newbie" and lost a large amount in a very short time. Determined to learn from our mistakes, we embarked upon a 12 month campaign to educate ourselves before entering the live market again.
Our Results
After three years of hard and consistent work as a team (three of us), we are happy to report that in the last financial year we were able to achieve a 200% return on our capital.
Our Conclusion
Trading FOREX as part of an overall investment portfolio can certainly be profitable if you are prepared to put in a lot of effort and dedication. If you are trying to make a "quick buck" from the FOREX market, spend the money elsewhere on a holiday, new car etc. At least that way you will have something to show for it.
