Mornington Breaks

 

Mornington breaks consists of two properties, Balask cottage/apartment and Arklow apartments.  They are both located in the Fisherman's Beach area of Mornington.  Both properties are beside the beach and 10-15 minutes walk to the township of Mornington.  There are many activities available including wineries, golf courses, shopping, fishing, restaurants and scuba diving.

 Arklow Apartments

 

Balask Cottage

Description: 2x2 bedroom fully self contained apartments.

Description: 1x 3 bedroom cottage, 1x 2 bedroom apartment.  Both fully self contained.
Sleeps: 4-5 in each apartment

Sleeps: Cottage 6, Apartment 5

Both spacious apartments are fully furnished throughout, with modern appliances including dishwasher, BBQ etc

These tastefully furnished apartment include everything needed to enjoy your stay.  The upper level apartment has a private balcony whereas the lower level apartment has a private garden.

Fisherman' Beach

The Cottage has a front verandah and private garden.  The apartment has a private garden.  The Cottage and the apartment can be leased together.
