- Provided by Kari Pahula, this patch copies ship designs to the select buffer
- This patch will work on omsview-0.9.9.

now handle an email header block and a missed orders warning
- A more graceful handling of no report files found
- Fixed a bug in the ship designer to do with speed on a loaded cargo
ship, when cargo tech is not 1.00
- Added an "install" target to the Makefile
