This site celebrates some of those who enjoyed parachuting at Thruxton in Hampshire, England. On Saturday 17 July 2000, a number of jumpers turned up to recount tales of sport parachuting onto the airfield in the 50's, 60's 70's and 80's. Some of the photos of those who attended are on this site which is intended to produce a pictorial history of parachuting at thruxton so if anyone has a story to tell, photos or the email address of someone who was there email Mike Taylor at mikeht@bigpond.net.au.
