Lions Participate in many programs. Mostly they like to participate in their local community, but also participate in National and International projects and appeals.
Being a Lion gives you the opportunity to really help and make a difference on a local and worldwide platform. Although club membership may seem low, the many Lions Clubs around the world through 1.3 million members are able to make a giant impact.
Being a member gives you not only a chance to help your own community, but also to travel, meet with other Lions, attend their meetings in Australia or overseas; and get a mutual understanding of all peoples of the world.
Listed on the menu are some of our projects throughout the years. We have many 'traditional' club projects but try to 'move with the times' and are always willing to try something new, as long as this is a benefit to others in the community.
