Violin lessons
We are blessed to have a wonderful teacher, Tony, who is very patient with both Holly and I. This is Holly playing a ¼ sized violin; she's graduated up to my 3/4 Charles Manby violin and she is playing beautifully.
I've graduated (though Tony might beg to differ) to Ave Maria, Bach's Gavotte in D and Beethoven's Minuet in D. I've also discovered arthritis, physiotherapy, Artho-Ease and diminished mental acuity when it comes to anticipating finger positioning in advance. Ah, but what the heck....I am enjoying my vicarious little pleasure after a 30 year hiatus. I get to play Xmas carols in the end of year concert and I played with Holly in the primary school orchestra (for their concert) and it was fun.
