Rates
are for the 'house' (not per person), regardless of how many people and
pets stay.
Strict 'people' limits as follows: 4 adults and 2 children (under
11 years) OR
5 adults - absolute maximum.
Low Season $125 per
night / minimum 2 nights / then $90 per night *
* — so first 2 nights total $250 whether midweek or weekend,
then
the
3rd, 4th 5th night onwards are each $90
High Season $175 per night / minimum 3 or 4 nights (as specified)
Holiday Season $150 per night / minimum
3 or 4 nights (as
specified)
Peak Season $200 per
night / minimum 5 or 7 nights
Weekly Rates
Low Season $700 per week
Peak Season $1400 per week
Late check-out
available for an additional charge of $50.
Stay until 6 pm - subject to availability.
Usual check-in time 1 pm — check-out is by noon.
Cleaning
is not included in the rate. You can elect to do your own final cleaning
or this can be provided for an additional fee of $75. Cleaning equipment
and products are supplied.

NOTES: Long weekends / Melbourne Cup Weekend - minimum
bookings apply.
i.e. 3 day long weekends require a 3 night booking; Melbourne Cup period
requires a 3 night booking.
Minimum Stay (Min Stay) is the minimum number of nights required for the period stated. You are welcome to stay only one night (or less than the minimum) but the minimum stay rate must be paid. e.g. if you are staying only one night in a period which stipulates a 2 night minimum, then $250 is payable.
