and Dates page and view the 'next available' dates near the bottom
of the page. This will give you a general guide and show whether high-demand
dates are already booked. Then ring or email
to double check about availability for the dates you have in mind. Following
this we will email or post a booking form to you and a deposit will be
required to secure the booking.

Please note, once you have expressed interest in particular dates it will be necessary to provide the deposit and return the booking form as soon as possible within 48 hours. We are unable to keep dates open longer than this.
Booking Terms and
Conditions:
• Booking form and deposit should be returned within 48 hours to secure
your dates.
• Deposit required is a bond plus the value of one night accommodation, so $125 for low season; $175 for high season etc. The bond payable is a key/cleaning bond of $50. This is refunded after the stay, providing the key is returned and the house is left clean and tidy.
• Please note that strict numbers of people staying apply. The maximum numbers permitted are 5 adults, or 4 adults and 2 children under 11 years.
• Cancellation fees
apply as follows:
— More than 30 days in advance – 20% of monies paid are retained
as cancellation fee.
Remainder is refunded.
— 14 to 30 days in advance – 50% cancellation fee.
— Less than 14 days – 100% cancellation fee.
PLEASE NOTE: amendments to bookings, to reduce number of nights are treated as cancellations with new bookings.
Full payment is required 10 business days prior to the commencement of the stay, for LOW season bookigs, and 30 days prior to stay for High and Peak season bookings.
Payment for deposit and balance may be made by direct deposit or
cheque. Credit card payment is not available.
