about vicki larnach
Vicki Larnach, Australian composer, music producer and teacher, is internationally known for her uplifting music compositions. She studied classical piano with Edith Woods, and jazz with Roger Frampton, Julie Spithill and Mike Bukovsky at the NSW Conservatorium of Music.
She has performed and recorded music in Australia and overseas with names such as Emmah Hannah, Roger Thwaites, Maria Conchita Alonso and Giordano Di Marzo. Her performances include concerts in live stadium venues, overseas TV appearances, session recordings, universities, small theatres, lifestyle expos, and private functions.
She taught music at the Conservatorium of Music for the Philharmonic Orchestra of Caracas, Venezuela.
Vicki also taught music in the Childcare Diploma Course at Randwick Tafe, Primary, Infants and Pre-schools and she has led many workshops at teacher training conferences.
She was on the selection panel for ABC Sing project '93 and her children’s songs appear in several of the ABC's SING Productions. Her songs have been used in the South Australian Skin Cancer Research Foundation promotions and have been performed by children’s choirs.
Vicki Larnach’s music was recently featured in Family Circle Magazine, as a cover mount, with over 50,000 copies circulated in Australia and New Zealand. It has also been used as backing tracks in guided meditations, in short films, and in a spoken book, ‘Why Women Weep” by Marie Gai Oberlander.
For over 25 years, Vicki’s music has been constantly recommended by a variety of Natural Therapists, Fitness Instructors, and their clients, families and schools, for its immediate positive effects.
Vicki Larnach continues to compose and produce music for film scores, radio advertisements, websites, exercise classes and childrens programmes.
