Hi there, my name is Joanna Goldman, and I am a trained Life Coach and Professional Personal Development Educator. I have a passion for the coaching that I do, and I am prepared to do the work, and help you get results, because you deserve to know how simple solving your problems can be.

Why do I offer Success Fee Coaching? I offer it for a few reasons:

  • People have issues, and they live with them and struggle against them.
  • People don't get themselves a coach because they don't have faith that it will work.
  • People have no idea what I can help them do, so I decided to offer the success result as a kind of product, rather than the service of coaching.

Do you want changes to happen in your life? Have you tried to make changes happen, with no result? Are you starting to think that change is not possible?

Have you wanted to try a different career, or want to advance in your current career, but you cant make yourself do some things?

Are you wanting better relationships, better finances, better health, better anything?

Well anything and everything is possible.............but.......

What is it worth to you?

Unfortunately, I can't do any bartering, I can't swap chickens or eggs for coaching results, so we have to use money. You can swap your time or your expertise for money, and then swap some of that money for coaching results.

It is also unfortunate that I can't tell you how much solving a particular problem is going to cost you. The success that you determine is going to have a value to you. Here is my advice for you.

  • Work out what 'Success' is going to be for you. Make it measurable and observable by yourself and myself.
  • Then think about the fact that you will pay nothing, absolutely nothing, until that success is reached and observed.
  • Based on these facts, how much money are you willing to give to have that success in your life? What will that success bring you once you have it?

If you are thinking that offering a bargain price is going to bring you the success, it wont. You have to work out how much the success is worth to you. I can't decide it for you.

Here is how I work out whether I will accept your offer.....

  • I consider your success definition, and see how measurable and observable it is.
  • I consider the background information you have given me.
  • I consider how many hours a week and for how many weeks you are willing to devote to solving the problem or achieving success.
  • I consider how many hours I believe it will take to get you your result.
  • I multiply the amount of hours I believe it will take by $150.00.

And that is how I work out my minimum success fee for the job.

So let's take an example (from the suggestions on the sidebar to the right)

Staying on my diabetic diet
$700

This lady asked me to help her achieve the success of 'Staying on my diabetic diet' for $700.

She had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes several years ago, and had not been able to keep her blood sugar levels from rising. It was getting to a point that she would have to increase her medication, which she didn't want to do. The medication alone was going to cost her the $700 within a period of two or three years, so it seemed like a good deal to her.

She defined 'Success' as being able to stay on her diabetic diet for a constant period of four weeks after coaching had ended. She identified an independent person to verify the result.

After receiving her proposal, and speaking to her for a few hours, I then went away to consider the proposal.

I estimated that it would take about 5-10 hours of coaching. Multiplied by $150 the proposal didn't work out.

However I took the case anyway, as I felt that this lady really needed the help to get herself on track.

In the end, it took 6 hours of coaching, 3 hours intensive and 6 half hour blocks to monitor her before I left her on her own to see if she could reach 'success'.

She did reach success, she kept herself on the diabetic diet for more than 4 weeks, and happily paid the $700.00 to me in the following three months.
