Memorial Day 1999, 15th August
Acknowledgments

Memorial Day 1999 turned out to be one of our best.
A day or two earlier and perhaps we would have been cold and wet, but Sunday - not a cloud to be seen!
As well as a time of remembering those who gave their lives, it is also a time for some to reflect on events long ago. After the service there was the opportunity to catch up with old comrades and be entertained by the Lithgow Highland Pipe Band.
Before we know it next year's Memorial Day will be upon us, but in the meantime there is a small collection of photos which capture some moments during the day.

Paul Edmonds
