A new day dawns
Flowers gently open;
Sunrise approaches.
Oblivious to the pain
The suffering of the night
The moon be the only witness
And their we lay, intertwined
A bee, hovering over a flower;
Not yet as we are.
A heartbeat we both share
The rhythm of our love
Silent, beautiful
The rising sun;
With its gentle red tinge.
Red and inspiring as your lips
The twists and turns of life
Pain and pleasure;
Day and night.
Leading me to you
And you to my arms
To my embrace, my love...
