Real Estate Experience

I have been involved in the property industry, with an emphasis on agency, for over 15 years. During this time I have dealt with a great variety of both property types and negotiation situations. Owning both a commercial and separate residential real estate agencies has also expanded this knowledge base substantially from a business viewpoint.

My commercial office specialised in non-residential property. More specifically, Commercial, Industrial and retail sales and leasing. We also had a quality property management portfolio, assisting owners not only with the day to day running of their property but also assisting with the refurbishment and strategic planning to ensure our owners properties were showing them solid and sustainable returns. My area of specialty within the office was in that of commercial sales and leasing, together with development sites, however having also previously worked in the Industrial and Retail market places, I was able to ensure these departments within my office met the requirements and demands placed on them by the market.

The residential office started from humble beginnings and resulted into one of the largest management offices within the LJHooker network. With a substantial sales team to support that management portfolio, the agency dealt primarily within the Parramatta area for the sale of both established properties, but also development sites project management.
