| All rent must be paid in full prior to occupancy. Deposit of 50% required at time of booking. Balance due 2 weeks before arrival.

| Occupancy is from 3pm on day of arrival. Earlier arrival times may be arranged. Tenants must vacate by 10am on day of departure.
In the event of a cancellation by the tenant the deposit is non-refundable, unless the house is re-let for the entire period. A 20% cancellation fee will then apply.

| The owners will make every effort to have the property available as booked, however the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
|
| The tenant is responsible for damage, breakage, and loss incurred during the time of occupancy.
|
| The house is fully equipped, including linen. |
