With all the spam
that we get these days we were becoming tired of not knowing who we were not really
receiving EMail from. Using the country code of the EMail you can find part of
that answer, but we didn't like any of the programs available. Then we decided to
add some essential IP tools...IPScour is no where near finished (and it may never be either), but it might be useful to some (including me) at this stage. The finished version will be able to ID the country via the IP address and ID most server protocols (Including HTTP, FTP and TIME).
