About Us

Ganges Consulting is a privately owned Australian business and our head office is in Sydney.

We work with our client organisations, large and small, in reviewing and crafting their business strategy and setting in place processes and systems to achieve on-going operational excellence. Our main area of operations covers Australia and New Zealand.

Our delivery coverage is now expanded to include the Asian region, when requested by our clients and/or in support of our Associates. Ganges Consulting is led by Cheenu Srinivasan, earlier a Senior Director in Oracle Corporation Asia-Pacific.

Cheenu is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Mechanical Engineer by training with Masters degrees in both Engineering and Business Administration. He has worked in a number of sectors- Information Technology, Engineering R&D, Manufacturing, Energy, Transport and Government, including Treasury.

With papers published on engineering and management topics, Cheenu has presented in engineering and business forums, both in Australia and internationally. He works with Dr Charles Hampden-Turner on his Australian tours and is an Associate of Polarity Management Associates of Dr Barry Johnson. Cheenu Srinivasan has successfully completed the Blue Ocean Strategy qualification process administered by the Blue Ocean Strategy- Initiative Centre.
