Make a new backup of April Message to temp folder

1 File, New

2 Select Temp folder and type file name "April"

3 Add files? - Select C:\Windows\Applications\Microsoft\Outlook\mail

4 Hold Control and select the files you want to backup

5 click Add

6 All the files will be added to the April.zip.

It is finished but you will see a list of files with their sizes before and after zip. Close Winzip

Restore Backup Back To Computer (Extract)

1 File, Open

2 Select C:\Temp and select April.zip

or double click April.zip file from windows explorer

3 The list of zipped files will be displayed

4 Control with A to highlight all

OR control click to select some

5 Click Extract (Actions, Extract)

6 Computer will ask where to?? And select folder

7 Click Extract button.

Make another zip file of your messages

1 File New,

2 Type name eg May and Select Temp folder

3 Click OK

4 Select files to Add

5 Click Add

Add more files to you zipped file

1 File, Open

2 Select Zipped file eg C:\temp\April.zip

3 Actions menu, Add

4 Select folder and files for adding

5 Click Add
