Press Enter to open a message window and read message.

When in Inbox press Delete
When in message press Control with Delete

Choose Tools, Spelling or press F7.
1. Open email
2. Press Shift with Tab to go to Attachment and press enter to open.
3. If Attachment has a doc extension it will open in Word.
4. After reading attachment you can save in Word
5. Press Alt with F4 to close Word and return to email.
1. Create a new email
2. Alt, I, A (Insert, File Attachment)
3. Select File
4. Press Enter.

2. Press Control with A to Hightlight Text
3. Press Control with C to copy
4. Press Alt with Tab to switch to Outlook

2. Press Down arrow to "Where the To Line Contains People"
3. Press Spacebar to select
4. Press Tab to "Move to specified folder"
5. Press Spacebar to select
6. Press Tab
7. Click Contains People
8. Click Address book button
9. Press Tab 3 times to the list of addresses.
10. Select Email address by pressing Enter
11. Press Tab 5 times to OK button and press Enter
12. Click Specified
13. Select Folder and press Enter
(OR Click New folder and type new folder name and press Enter)
14. Press Tab to Name for Message Rule
15.Type Name for Rule
16. Press Enter
The messages are displayed.
Click the plus to open the thread or press right arrow.

Share Email address for different profiles
It is very important to nominate a common mail box for ALL users
Outlook defaults to
C:\windows\profiles\username\application data\microsoft\outlook express
And the mail downloads to the user mailbox and the next person cannot read it.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Control with O (Open)
3. Type www.bigpond.com.au and press Enter
4. Insert with F7
5. Press M to find "My Bigpond Account"
6. Press Enter
7. Hit down arrow until you read Username
8. Hit down arrow and read "Edit" and press Enter.
9. Type user name
10. press Tab
11. type password
12. press Enter
13. Press insert with F7
14. Press V "View your bill"
15. Press enter
