Acrobat Access is designed to work with Acrobat Reader 4.0 software, which is distributed free by Adobe Systems Incorporated. Acrobat Reader 4.0 is available for downloading from the Adobe Web Site.

Install the Acrobat Access Plug In

To install Acrobat Access, first download the access plug-in from the Adobe Web Site (1267K).

After the download is complete:

Double-click the newly downloaded file.

Follow the instructions on your screen.

Read Pdf File In Acrobat

  1. Open a file in acrobat
  2. Press control + 4 to view it.

NOTE Control + 9 opens a quick reference for Access.

Read Pdf File In Word

  1. Open Acrobat Reader form Start menu
  2. File, Open
  3. Select My Documents folder
  4. Select file and click Open
  5. File, Export document to text
  6. Type new file name
  7. Close Acrobat Reader
  8. Open Word
  9. Open txt file in Word to read.

Reading Pdf Files In Internet Explorer

  1. Start your Acrobat
  2. Choose File > Preferences > General.
  3. Deselect Web Browser Integration in the Options section, then click OK.
  4. Exit from the Acrobat 4.0 viewer.
  5. Restart your browser.
