1941 Death Registration:

18 Sep 1941 - death of Joe WALKER at Royal Columban Hospital, New Westminster, BC.
Place of residence was 1887 Richmond St, Burnaby, BC.
He was born 13 April 1887? in England, and died age 54? He had been a hatter for 44 years. His wife was Annie WALKER. 
Place of burial - Forest Lawn on 22 Sep 1941.
The informant was his brother-in-law George Kinsey of 2030 Windsor St, Burnaby.
He had been 33 years in Canada and 18 years in the province of BC (emigration abt 1908).

Her daughter Emma KINSEY of the same address was the informant.
She died of old age.
She had been in Canada and the Province for 33 yrs (emigration abt 1925)
She was known to her English relatives as Polly.

He was cremated at the Vancouver Crematorium on 4 June 1962.
His wife Emma KINSEY of the same address was the informant.
He died of acute coronary thrombosis.
He had been in Canada and the Province for 60 years (emigration abt 1902)
