LORDs of Tottington, Lancashire

      

Betty BOOTH nee LORD was my GGgrandmother, she was born about 1858 in Harwood/Elton/Tottington, Lancashire to parents James and Betty.She was buried in grave B55 at Tottington Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, age 70 on 16 Jan 1929, may she rest in peace.

Grave B55 Tottington Wesleyan Methodist Chapel Cemetery bears the following inscription (LFH&HS fiche T18).

"In loving memory of John William Rooney died Nov 16th 1929, aged 56 years. Also Mary Elizabeth Rooney wife of the above died Nov 29th 1941, aged 66 years. Also Clifford John Rooney grandson of the above died Feb 3rd 1929, aged 2 1/2 years. Also Betty Booth died Jan 12th, 1929.
