Ordering

If you do not live  in the Grafton area, we are happy to take orders via phone, fax or email. Lay-bys are accepted (3 month period, 10% deposit, 10% cancellation fee)
NB: Any orders that cannot be filled with current stock may require a deposit of up to 50%.

Payment Options

• Credit card (Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, Amex) billed on shipment of goods. (NB: Please do not email your credit card details. Email is not a secure communication method).
  
• Direct deposit - call for account details.
  
• Bank cheque.
  

If you cannot pick up your purchase, we can have it delivered (additional cost involved). Confirmation of dispatch will be advised by phone, fax or email. Freight charges depend on the size of shipment and destination.
