A series of lectures for Freemasons.

by
Brian K Wright, Freemason

Welcome!

The main purpose of this site is to convey to Masons everywhere that there is help; that there is fraternity; and that there is knowledge out there if you knock upon the right door.

Please note that clicking these particular links will open the page in a new browser window.  Simply close it when you are done.

My experience is that 'Friend's Days' are a highly successful way of gaining members.  I have presented a lecture that I, personally, have found successful at such meetings.  You may read it, and then save it and deliver it in your own Lodge.  Click here to open up the page.

As a new Freemason I was always mystified by the Chaplain's reading at the closing of the First Degree.  I refer to Ruth 2:19  Then the penny dropped.  Click here to read my mini-lecture.

I am going to step outside 'Craft' Freemasonry in this lecture about the Royal Ark Mariner Degree.  Or am I?  Click here to read my thoughts.

I have stepped further outside Craft Freemasonry with an instructional lecture for the Excellent Master's Degree.  Please note that this is applicable to the Scottish Constitution.  Click here to read this lecture.

There will be more mini-lectures posted here.  I truly believe that in our modern society that Freemasony has become somewhat stale.

As degree work declines 'fillers' are required.  Lecturers tend to 'waffle on', and members go to sleep - mentally or even physically.  Accordingly, I try to keep my lectures short and, hopefully, interesting.

Fraternally,
Brian K Wright, PM,
Webmaster.
