Greetings, I’m Jeff Chandler.

I've been servicing AMB transponders since 1999. It is a specialised service requiring experience and expertise. The robustness & reliable integrity of transponders is maintained during the process. AMB charge more than double my price for the same service and typically take up to 4 times longer.

I assure you that you will be very pleased with the results and you are welcome to contact any of my previous clients to ask them about how good my service is. If you are thinking of attempting repairs yourself then go right ahead. But be warned it is a specialist job and if it is not done correctly, the reliability of the transponder will be compromised.
Unfortunately, I am often sent a batch with one that has already had the casing hacked about and worst of all, the internal components damaged beyond repair.
Many people ask me how I replace the batteries so I thought the best way would be to show you a photo of me in my workshop.
However, the workshop and I are pretty dull. So I thought this image from the cover of Electronics Australia, Jan 1978 edition featuring Yull Brown and his electrolytic gas generator prototype, was far more prestigious and impressive.
