Dad's Army?

Foundry produce a line of miniatures called England Invaded with a range of Home Guard and downed German aircrew. Amongst the packs are a few miniatures that resemble the characters from a extermely popluar British television series Dad's Army. Beth a fan of the show of course couldn't help but get a few for herself.

Home Guard and Butchers Van

Long past their prime these enthusiastic part-time soliders stand ready beside the platoon transport (Lcpl Jones's Butcher's Van) to defend their homes against any invading German foe. The van is actually a die-cast corgi van Beth found on-line at a vintage toy site.
