1.  The Assessments Events Form: Used to show how ALL

      Assessments help a student monitor their learning.

2.  Class Code of Conduct: Used to engage and empower

       students to take control of the Quality Teaching

       Environment. I’ve found similar techniques can help reign

       in disruptive show-offs.

3.  Deep Understanding Form: Needs some revision, but

       used to involve students in discussion about the higher

       levels of understanding, aspirations, and to do some peer

        assessment to show they understand these concepts.

4.  Group Challenge Assessment Form: Used to motivate

        and consolidate learning. Used to motivate group

        members to ‘tutor’ their own weak link. Used for peer

        and teacher assessment. Student markings compared to

        Teachers in discussions.

5. Lesson Evaluation Form: Used only after I feel at ease

        with the class, sparingly.
