WHO WE ARE


Established in 1999, Balaton technologies has grown quickly to become a leader in the field of Software Engineering for Measurement and Automation systems and is an active Alliance member of National Instruments. 

Our company was created to meet the needs of manufacturing and process industries as well as other organisations to harness the power of Virtual Instrumentation in order to reduce the time to implement Measurement and Automation systems.

Our wide range of clients include small leading edge R&D companies, government research organisations, electronic equipment manufacturing companies to multinational corporations.

Balaton Technologies is a small team of professionals with many years of experience in software engineering, electronics, process instrumentation & control, electronic test equipment and automation.

Stephen Boronkay is Managing Director a Science graduate (Ph.D. in Physics). He is responsible for the day to day management of the firm as well as being the chief LabVIEW programmer.

We operate from Sydney and concentrate our business essentially in NSW and ACT.

WHAT WE DO

Balaton Technologies can take care of your organisation's Measurement and Automation needs from simple LabVIEW programming to complete System Integration from acquisition, analysis to remote reporting and presentation of results.

We are also a value added reseller of  National Instruments Measurements and Automation products.

Our company specialises in LabVIEW programming of data acquisition from a wide range of instruments to complex analysis (e.g. Sound and Vibration analysis, Calibration etc.) and reporting of the results obtained locally, across a network or on the Internet.

We can implement Real Time control including PID algorithms, and integrate and program Vision and Motion systems whether it be for R&D, production or final testing.

We can program Industrial Automation systems from simple HMI (Human Machine Interface) to large channel-count applications including Statistical Process Control.
