We issue regular mail order Catalogues on our
specialist subjects, which are also posted onto
this web site. We send paper copies if requested,
and will also notify clients via email when each
catalogue is published. We have a secure ordering
system for our customers, or you can send your
details via email, phone or fax.

Where we are....
Situated half way
between Sydney and Canberra in the beautiful
Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia,
we are located in the historic town of Bowral.
With a stock of 10,000 carefully selected books
on a wide range of subjects we make an ideal
stopover for the highway traveller.

Enquiries....
To make an enquiry about a
specific title, please use the enquiry form
provided. You can also use this form to request short lists of books, on
most subjects.
Stay up to date via email....
We can send you our updated catalogue listings
via email or ordinary postage. We update our
catalogues 6 times a year. Just fill in the form to go on our list.

Ordering Information....
Orders
may be placed by using the order form provided. Please note that
we use a secure server and SSL technology in our
internet ordering system. This is designed to
make it safe for you to use your credit card on
our web site. Alternatively, you can place
your order via telphone or facsimile.
You should record the catalogue name and item
number, or you can record the author and title,
whilst browsing the lists.

Conditions
of Sale....
- We accept
payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD,
AMERICAN EXPRESS or cheques in AUSTRALIAN
DOLLARS.
- We do
accept cheques in currencies other than
Australian $$ but ask for the equivalent
of $10 US or 5 pounds Sterling to cover
conversion costs.
- All items are
guaranteed as described.
- Items for any
reason unsatisfactory may be returned
within 10 days of receipt, upon prior
notification.
- Prices are in
Australian dollars.
- Postage will
be an additional charge. You can enquire
as to freight/postage charges using the Shipping Costs Enquiry form. We use
Economy Air postage unless instructed
otherwise. It is significantly less
expensive than airmail and seamail is not
available to all countries & takes
about 3 months to arrive. We will insure
parcels over Au$100 at the customers
expense unless instructed to the
contrary.
- An invoice
will be sent to customers unknown to us.
- No reply
means regret sold.
